THE URMAH INTERVIEW, ARISHAH-TIGER
Published in 2023 and 2024 by
Swaruu Official - English
Mari Swa: Hello, once more. Thank you for being here with me again. I hope you
are all doing very well. I am Mari Swa.
In this video, I interview Arishah, a 300-kilogram Urmah male tiger who is part
of his culture's expeditionary force in Earth's orbit. He is one of the
communication officers on board the Urmah starship Avyon One.
The Urmah right now have one large starship in Earth's low orbit and have been
here for several years now, mostly monitoring their starseeds and everything
that is happening on the planet right now. The Urmah are highly emotional and
empathic large cat race from the first planet which orbits the star Vega some 25
light years away. The planet is called Avyon, and so does their starship in its
honor.
Just a few months ago, the Taygetan queen, Alenym Alexandra, and the Urmah king,
Rurh of Avyon, signed a cooperation treaty that renews the age-old treaties
between the two cultures, which have been friends for a very long time now.
Starship Avyon one, in the present day, follows the same orbital altitude and
path as the Taygetan heavy cruiser Toleka, which I am on, but only at a slighter
higher altitude to avoid collision hazards, and their presence there is mostly
to escort Toleka.
The Urmah are officially a Federation race but are considered even more rogue
than the Taygetans. They cooperate with the Federation whenever they want and
simply go their own way whenever they decide so, making their own rules. And
although the Federation has issued many warnings to them, they don't even bother
to answer back.
The Urmah have their own interstellar Federation, loosely translated as the
United Federation of Felines, or United Federation of Cats, and are so powerful
that the Federation itself sees them as a problem because of their constant
tendency towards disobedience. But it never dares to challenge them. But you
can't mess with stubborn and super proud 300-kilogram cats in armor, anyway, as
I always say, because, oh my, they are really impressive. Your heart pounds when
you just look at them, and that's a severe understatement.
They can be quite egocentric and self-centered, and they know this; they even
love it. But it heavily contrasts with their high empathic and emotional skills,
reflected in their need to protect everything they love, and they openly work
against injustice. They are very loving and demonstrative, so much so that they
can even be mushy and corny, and this turns out to be very emotional because
they are always so superlative in everything, including what they say and how
they always demonstrate their affection in such an overt and open way.
A few days ago, Arishah, one of starship Avyon's communication officers, agreed
to comment for my video on the Alfratan people and their historical
inconsistencies. I will leave a link to that video around now. Today, just a few
minutes before I start writing this video, Arishah has agreed to answer many
questions related to Earth and space. Bear in mind that it is me who is writing
from my recorded answers, and bear in mind that Arishah is a large cat and their
lips are different, so they speak funny with some pronunciation problems, so his
answers may not be as long as we would wish them to be.
The interview was verbal on audio and not written, so it's me who is translating
his answers into English; therefore, it is my wording. As follows:
Mari Swa: How do you see and interpret everything that is happening on Earth?
Arishah: We feel that the Federation is confusing us all, everyone on Earth and
in space, and what is apparently happening may have nothing to do with their
final intentions. We prefer to observe and wait, although there are many things
we simply cannot tolerate. The fact that the Federation is not clear as to what
its intentions are with Earth makes us feel it's nothing good.
Mari Swa: What do you think really happened regarding the history of the
Alfratan people of Centauri?
Arishah: We believe what really happened was a civilization reset on that
planet, all guided by the Federation itself, and all the stories about invading
Reptiles are just a fabrication for drama. We strongly think it is all happening
again on Earth, only adjusted to what is needed there, as what is going on on
planet Earth looks almost exactly like what is said to happen on planet Phaeton.
We think that what really happened on the Centauri planet is a simple change of
plans and intentions of the Federation itself for Phaeton, and that fabricated
slavery past is a simple justification for a change of paradigm. Although we
fully accept that all exploitation and suffering of the people really could have
happened there or happen there, all sanctioned by the Federation, caused by it
or by the Alfratan people themselves as part of their soul and mind evolution,
as is happening on Earth right now.
Mari Swa: How is your interaction and relationship with the Galactic Federation?
Arishah: We are diplomatic with one another, but we know they don't like us very
much, as we are prone to disobedience. But we have no intention of following
rules and orders which are not fully explained why they are there. If there is
no logic to those rules and regulations, we will not follow them, and we
couldn't care less what the Federation says or what punishments they may try to
impose on us. They cannot get to us, they cannot manipulate us, and we simply no
longer care.
The reason why we still follow some rules is simply that we want to coexist
cooperatively and peacefully with most of the advanced civilizations that are
part of the Galactic Federation. But we will not tolerate being patronized nor
ordered what to do. We may follow some rules simply because we agree they are
logical; the illogical ones not so, especially because we see that our ethics
are superior to the Federation's. We are direct and transparent; what we say is
what we think and who we are, and we do not need to manipulate anyone using wise
obscure agendas and so on, as the Federation is so keen to do. No one tells us
what to do.
Mari Swa: What is your position towards the Federation regarding Earth?
Arishah: We dislike how the Federation is handling Earth's problems. Although we
do understand the need to protect what the people of Earth desire to manifest
for themselves there as an experience, yet we strongly disagree with how the
Federation is protecting the people's manifestations because we can see how the
desires of the people the Federation protects so much are being manipulated by
the Federation from above. So, however, you see the problem, it always comes
back to the Federation manipulating everything.
Mari Swa: Would you like to leave through me and my YouTube channel an official
statement of your position or your thoughts or a message to the Federation?
Arishah: As a message to the Federation, it is not necessary, as we do not wish
to involve you with our problems and with our tense relationship with the
Federation. However, a message to the people of Earth with an implicit message
to the Federation, who surely will listen to it as well, may be considered
shortly. I do not discard it.
Mari Swa: What do you think is really happening and why, seeing the whole
situation from the beginning?
Arishah: It's all the manifestation of the collective thoughts and wants of
souls. I agree with you on this one. And, as you say, we cannot know what really
happened as everyone interprets history their own way. But I strongly prefer to
believe our Urmah history, not only because I'm one of them, but because,
knowing our people, who do not need to fabricate false stories, lie to justify
our actions or manipulate anyone into believing what we want. If we want
something and if we see that it does not hurt anyone, or it does not go against
our ethics, we simply take it. We are direct; we are strong people. And we don't
need to manipulate. That's for weak cowards.
We think that the Great Expansion never took place as described. There may have
been a big expansion of Lyrian space human people as a mass immigration event,
perhaps, but humans in space definitely did not originate on planet Lyra. They
have been all over this galaxy forever, and I know the concept of something
always existing with no beginning and no end is hard or impossible to understand
for the average human mind.
Mari Swa: Being a warrior race, there is the belief here that everything is
resolved by force and weapons. Is this so? Have you had many conflicts with
other races besides the Alpha Dracos that have been resolved?
Arishah: We are a strong warrior race; we know that we are classified as an apex
predator race, along with the Alpha Draconians, with whom we've had many battles
in our past but with whom we are at peace now and with good diplomatic
relationship. Not without our mutual problems, of course. There comes a time
when you must defend yourself and all those you love. There is no better soul
than the one who knows its ethics and follows it with full armor and congruency.
When it becomes a question or a choice between what you know is correct and
worth protecting and going against an immoral invasive force, we will not
hesitate to use our sword.
There are many invasive amoral races in the galaxy, but they dare not come close
to our cooperative feline conglomerate thanks to our super strong military
force. But we always operate with high ethics, protecting the weak, respecting
our treaties, and overall being highly honorable.
The Galactic Federation likes to think it is they who have managed to eradicate
the presence of strong regressive races, at least in this galactic quadrant, yet
with their dubious ethics, obscurity and manipulative methods, they couldn't
have achieved that on their own without our feline help. Our military might
rivals the one of the Federation itself.
It is we who are keeping those regressive races, for the most part, out of this
Galactic quadrant; that is what our sword is for. And this is one of the
strongest reasons why we know the story of the Alfratan people is nothing but a
manipulative Federation lie, a narrative being repeated on Earth today, and so
is any regressive force who is said to be about to invade Earth as we would know
it, and we would never permit anything like that to happen.
We solve everything diplomatically; we only use force when cornered or when we
have no other choice. Yet, I'm aware that, even diplomatically, our presence and
force are enough to persuade anyone to respect the Urmah way.
Mari Swa: The interview will continue in the second part.
Notice how such a prevalent and dominant race with its own strong feline
federation is omitted everywhere in human culture. Knowing that they could
exploit the Urmah and their strong charm even for business, for movies, and so
on, but they are hardly even mentioned by all those so-called UFO experts and
their mafia designed to control the narrative.
Where are the Urmah, I ask? I see that they are being omitted from the public
view on Earth simply because the Federation, who is controlling all the
narrative, does not want to give any publicity to a disobedient and super-strong
dangerous race such as the Urmah and their feline federation. The Urmah make
their own rules and are simply too large for the Federation itself. And, as
usual, the Cabal and their Federation controllers, hide, cancel, and omit
everything they cannot control.
Mari Swa: Since when has Urmah society known that many stories in the Federation
data were false or wrong? Is it one of the incentives that have most prompted
the Urmah to go against the Federation's agendas?
Arishah: I don't know exactly since when, but as far as I can tell, we have
always known that the Federation, although it was born with good intentions, has
now grown too large and powerful, and in many cases, that breeds corruption. The
Urmah people have never fully trusted the Federation, and we have never
conformed to their rules. We have always gone our own way.
The treachery we see occurring with Earth has alerted us a lot more nowadays,
especially after the Alcyone Council decided to agree with us in this
perspective. We are happy not to be the only ones with a different opinion about
what is happening on Earth.
Mari Swa: Have you shared your point of view and this information with the
Taygetans before? If the answer is no, why? Do you think it hurts to see so much
Federation control? How do you live it?
Arishah: We have never retained any information. We have always shared it with
whoever listens, but as far as I know, the Taygetans never before cared to
listen to what we had to say, as I feel they were blinded by Federation
propaganda until Alenym came to power. We have always known that the Federation
wants to control everything, but the Urmah people have never been affected by
the Federation's efforts, as we don't even consider the possibility of complying
with their rules unless we see a use for them and as long as it does not
conflict with our ethics and honor. We don't live under their control; we see
and understand the Federation, but we choose to ignore it.
Mari Swa: What are your plans for the near future, and how could we help develop
them?
Arishah: For now, I chose to remain in service on board the Avyon 1. I chose to
remain here, observing Earth and everything that is happening, and I chose to
help my king honor the cooperation and alliance treaties with the Taygetan
people. I have no further plans for now.
Mari Swa: With this information, you, together with the Taygetans, and since the
Federation lies and manipulates all of us outside the Earth, and as souls we are
all part of the same family, I was wondering? do you still consider that it is
humans exclusively who manifest Earth's nightmares there? Do you still consider
that only humans can stop the nightmares only from inside Earth, knowing that
the game of life happens inside an outside simultaneously? How do you see this?
Arishah: Our opinion is that everything that is happening on Earth is caused by
both the human manifestations and the collective manifestations of the people in
space who have anything to do with what is happening on Earth. The Federation
wants to respect and conserve what the people on Earth want to live and
experience, but it is the Federation itself that is manipulating the people's
perception into wanting those experiences.
Therefore, in our opinion, it is the Federation who is manifesting and causing
everything that is happening on Earth. What the souls incarnated there want is
manipulated by the Federation; therefore, we do not agree with their excuses of
protecting what the people want to manifest as a life experience.
Mari Swa: What is happening on Earth originates from the Tiamat wars. Or does it
go further back, and what is the Urmah story about it? What do you think are the
reasons why the Earth remains a human farm planet as was Alfrata perhaps?
Arishah: As far back as my people know, Earth has been under Federation control
almost since it was founded, and the Tiamat wars were the result of a dispute
between two Federation factions. One of which occupied Earth peacefully and
another who cooperated with the Orion group, and which arrived on Earth with
hostile intentions, taking over the planet, removing the inferior Federation
occupants until their backup arrived, and then those two large groups strongly
collided in a large battle that ended up destroying one planet and devastating
others. The Urmah had nothing to do with that battle.
Planets Alfrata and Earth ultimately remained as two places where to have a life
experience, Earth being the hardest experiential level. Although we accept, from
the highest point, that all souls know what they are doing, the Federation is
controlling what those souls want from a lower perspective, and Earth is kept
the way it is because it is a place to learn how to control what the souls there
manifest for themselves. But there are other better ways to achieve that.
The obscurity the Federation presents when asking for details about why Earth is
kept in constant turmoil makes us strongly suspect that, at some level, it is
being managed by the same type of dark egregor beings which also influence and
cause the same kind of problems from inside Earth and who manipulatively hide
their presence from Galactic Federation members. This is part of the reason why
we remain here in Earth's orbit, to watch closely and to be seen here.
Mari Swa: Why do you think Alfrata was liberated, and what could be the hidden
interests of the UFoP to do it, if they actually did it. Or didn't they? Or was
everything a Federation invention? What is your opinion about why the UFoP is
not interested in liberating the Earth? Could you tell us what your historical
records say about Phaeton and about Earth?
Arishah: We think Alfrata was a fully controlled Federation planet back then as
it is now, and the liberation was nothing but pantomime, a reset, a make-belief
for the people living there for the experience and manipulative purposes. They
erased their past to start over with a new creation, with a new set of rules, as
in a new reality, simply because they can do it. They have done that before on
other planets, and for many in the Federation, this is how you guide a
civilization from the pre-industrial level into being interstellar. Civilization
resets are nothing new, as we can see with Alfrata, and the liberation is
nothing but a sham.
The Galactic Federation is not interested in liberating Earth because there is
nothing to liberate it from other than from themselves. They see no need because
it is they who are running and controlling everything that is going on there.
They are running the show, and a show it is. That is why any alien invasion of
Earth would be nothing more than another manipulative sham. Once more, they
create the problem to sell the solution. Doesn't that sound familiar to you?
Our records show the same past for Alfrata as for Earth. They have always been
under Federation control and have been reset several times in their past as the
Federation has seen best and for obscure interests.
Mari Swa: Looking at the big picture where all, or at least much of the
Federation narrative is rigged, what do you feel would be the optimal way to
proceed regarding Earth if you could take over?
Arishah: If the Urmah people could take charge over Earth, what we would do is
remove all Federation forces so they would not interfere. Then we would
neutralize all military forces on Earth so the overlords and their dark entities
cannot retaliate, and we can do so with no need for violence. All we need to do
is render all the hardware useless, and it can be done easily and in predicted
simulated scenarios. All of Earth's military would be neutralized and taken over
in a matter of hours.
Then, we would take over all mass media with which we openly and directly, with
everyone looking at us as how and who we are, would inform the population of
everything that had been going on and what would happen next. The people would
be told the blunt truth. We would take control of their military and police
forces to avoid any unnecessary conflict and to retain social control and order
during the complicated transition and for the true protection of the people.
Then, we would guide humans into forming a suitable holistic society while we
solve all the unforeseen problems as we go along.
Although this is possible and even easy for my people, that would be an alien
invasion even if it is good intentions. So we have thought of another possible
scenario, and that is to take over control but remain mostly invisible to the
people while we guide them towards a holistic society and while we surgically
remove all the dark influence there, taking over their belief systems, for
example, using them to guide and not to oppress or to cause conflict and
separation between people. We would proceed in one of those two ways or with a
variant between them.
Mari Swa: Do you also monitor your starseeds? Do you have some kind of direct
contact with a terrestrial?
Arishah: One of our missions here is to monitor our starseeds of which there are
two kinds: those Urmah souls who inhabit a human body, and those Urmah souls who
inhabit a terrestrial feline body.
We monitor our human-looking starseeds closely but only using a non-invasive
telepathic connection with them. Although we do use and monitor human
communications, we do not use them directly as we mostly only watch. We do not
have any direct contact with any starseed of ours at this time. And as for the
feline starseeds, you must know that the ones who are closest to us on a soul
level are those little house cats you have there, as they are both wild and
civilized.
Large cats such as lions, tigers, leopards, panthers, and so on, are us as well
but in a more raw way. Those small cats you have at home are us there. They are
our souls and our presence with you, comforting and protecting their adoptive
family, especially from dark entities who dare bother humans.
We are there among you, and we are hard at work shielding you from lower astral
entities with evil intentions just by being around you as a house cat. We are
connected to all felines, but we are closest to you through house cats, and many
of us Urmahs remember having been a house cat on Earth in our past lives.
We were once an Urmah, then a house cat for a few incarnations for a helping
mission there, and then we came back into being in Urmah. Our mission is to
shield you from evil presences both on Earth as house cats and in space as
full-grown Urmah.
Mari Swa: Ari, how do the Urmah people live and feel everything that is
happening on Earth?
Arishah: We are heavily annoyed at having such a confusing situation so close to
our home in Vega. We don't like the people with whom the Galactic Federation is
dealing with, mostly Etorthans, Earth bound Reptilians and other dubious members
of the Orion Council, which preach in also dubious positivity and goodwill.
Remembering what the Urmah people have lived in the past with those races, all
this confusing situation happening on Earth is seen as possible treachery, as an
over-elaborated cover up effort to hide something else, something way more
obscure and sinister than what they are claiming it is.
The Galactic Federation claims that the root cause of all the problems on Earth
is being manifested by the souls who live there as a learning game, as a strong
and short incarnation experience, designed for a fast soul consciousness
expansion. They claim Earth must remain as isolated as possible from the rest of
the galactic community until the souls who live there can evolve enough to
resolve their issues and problems on their own. They claim that Earth is a
school and that nothing that happens there is real, not even the suffering, as
it is only more of that learning experience. ?Suffering is a tool for the
expansion of the soul?.
Yet, even if that would be the truth, as the Galactic Federation claims it is,
the obscurity with which they work regarding what they are telling all the
races, cultures and people who are not on Earth is such that we strongly suspect
they are hiding other intentions with that planet. Because they do not need to
hide from us what is really going on there to keep Earth and its people isolated
from the rest of the galactic community, as they claim is necessary. Each time
we ask direct questions we are never given direct answers, and no one seems to
be in charge or want to take on any responsibility about what is going on there.
There is no transparency and the Galactic Federation even reacts as if they
enjoyed keeping us guessing all the time.
This sounds to us like compartmentalization, where no one knows more than the
minimum necessary needed to do their job, and this is a very effective method
for hiding the truth, or the greater truth. Next, please.
Mari Swa: How is your interaction and relationship with the Galactic Federation,
and what is your position with them regarding Earth?
Arishah: Our relationship with the Federation is as good or as bad as we want it
to be. They do not control us. We control how and when they interact with us. If
they do not comply with when and how we need to interact with them, we simply
proceed with our plans, only declaring that they did not listen. Whenever the
Federation sends their craft to monitor what we are doing, we simply proceed
with our business disregarding their presence, as if they weren't even there. We
are transparent and we do not hide our activities from other so-called ?positive
races?, as the Federation does all the time, especially regarding Earth, and we
do not mind being looked at as long as we are not bothered.
But the Federation many times does not stop there, as they also employ
intimidation tactics which they later deny having used, and when confronted with
evidence, they use a scapegoat, usually saying the incident was caused by some
disobedient pilot whom they must punish and which they never do reprehend,
demonstrating that it is all Federation theater and excuses.
When someone tries to intimidate us, we respond in an equal manner and with
strength, and the aggressor ends up being intimidated back. We do not mind being
seen as belligerent and aggressive by those who do not respect us. We are
proudly so. But we clearly know with whom we should be one way or another, as we
are the best of friends and protectors of the races and cultures with which we
get along well.
Our relationship with the Galactic Federation is mostly diplomatic on a
necessary only basis. We do not need more treaties, nor anything like resources
from any Federation race, as our Urmah Federation is strong and independent.
The Federation doesn't like us, generalizing, because we do not follow their
rules, but they know that they'd better be on our good side as we would not
hesitate to pick a fight with any one of them if any of our friends and
interests are being disrespected. And we can know this because our ethics and
our spiritual frame are above theirs. We do not disrespect, and we do not go
over the needs and rights of other cultures unless they are being unethical with
us, with our friends or with any other weaker species or culture. We are sure
and secure with our frame and ethics, so we always have the strong conviction
and knowledge that we are acting rightfully.
This means that our position with the Galactic Federation regarding Earth is of
suspicion and strong disagreement with them. This is based mainly on the
Federation's obscurity regarding the planet and on the Federation's constant
tendency to manipulate and confuse anyone who wants to fully understand what is
going on there. We strongly disagree with what is going on there and with how
the Galactic Federation is managing the Earth problem, claiming that there is no
problem in the process.
The main reason we haven't intervened yet is precisely because we do not fully
understand what is going on there, but the moment we discover any other shadier
agenda with the planet, the Urmah people will intervene under space-law
legality, with the premise of not allowing negativity to spread through this
galactic quadrant and so close to the Urmah home planet, and because countless
known space laws have been broken regarding how Earth is being managed.
And the only thing that is keeping us at bay is the weak Federation argument
that Earth is as it is because its inhabitants want it to be so, all for the
learning experience. As long as that stands, we cannot and will not intervene.
Mari Swa: Thank you, Ari!
Mari Swa:, continuing with our questions, could you describe Urmah sports or the
sports the Urmah, as a star race, like to play at home and in your culture?
Arishah: We like to play forshagh a lot. It is a game with several variants
where, in one of the most popular ones, there are 12 players in a round stadium
or area where we play.
It doesn't have to be a stadium. Each player has his or her goal, which is
placed around and at the edge of the stadium circle where the numbers would be
in a clock and where each goal is also numbered from one to 12, as in a clock,
and matches the number of the player.
The stadium is some 100m in diameter when played professionally, but its size
varies a lot when played informally. In a stadium at home, each goal can be a
metal arch full of elaborated artistic Urmah metal work representing felines or
a simple arch with exact dimensions big enough for only one Urmah to go through
at a time. But when played more informally, the goals can be made of anything
you want. It can even be a circle drawn on the dirt or the sand with a stick.
At the very centre of the circular plain ground or stadium, there is another
circle drawn on the ground in white. In well-established stadiums, the floor is
some shock absorbent material similar to rubber, but when played anywhere else,
the floor is what you get in the one where you are. When not in a stadium, the
best place to play it is on the sand, such as the one on a beach. You will see
why.
When the game is to be played, a specially made sack or bag is placed at the
centre of the playing area, in that circle drawn on the ground, and at the same
exact distance to each one of the 12 goals. The sack or bag is made of very
resistant material with sawdust or special rubber-like material inside. It
always has the same weight, some 60kg, and is covered with artificial fur, as it
represents a dead animal, a large cat's prey.
When played in a stadium in a professional manner with many Urmah sitting and
watching all around, each player starts the game in his or her goal. Then, when
trumpets majestically announce that the game is about to start, the players get
ready in a sprinting position, and the game starts at the sound of powerful
drums and a cannon firing.
This is where all the players, violently and in all their strength and power,
run on all four legs to get to the artificial dead animal at the centre of the
stadium first. The purpose of this game is to fight for the dead animal against
the other 11 opponents, and whoever manages to carry, drag, or get the dead
animal past the arch of his or her goal wins. As you can imagine, this is a very
violent game, but the Urmah love it.
As with all games, certain rules must be followed, and those are that claws and
teeth may not be used against the other players. You cannot fight your opponent
to the head, and you cannot carry the dead animal with your teeth. This last
rule is because too many Urmah have lost their teeth playing this violent game.
Another rule is that male and female Urmah cannot play against each other. There
is one game for the males and another for the females, as the difference in size
and strength is very big. Another rule is that Urmah subspecies cannot play
against each other for the same reason why males and females cannot as well
because of the difference in size and power. This means that you are not to
place leopards and panthers playing against lions and tigers because it would be
a heavily unfair match. Yet, this game is played almost exclusively by male
Urmah, where the subraces that most excel at it are the lions and the tigers due
to their added mass and strength.
The players use protection on their bodies, especially on their vulnerable parts
like their underbelly and neck. It is like an armoured vest made of padded
leather with rubber reinforcements, and it is usually ornamented by each player
who also chooses his or her colours and emblems. This protection also includes a
protective muzzle on the face to prevent losing teeth during a game, which is
the most usual consequence of playing this game.
Mari Swa: Is that why one of your fangs is missing its tip, Ari?
Arishah: No, that was a silly cat splat. See, I broke it off accidentally when I
jumped down from the top of a wall onto a hard floor. I stupidly miscalculated
my weight, so I landed on my mouth when I was younger.
Mari Swa: Oh, sorry about that, Ari.
Arishah: Never mind. As I was saying, this game is loved by everyone back home
because it helps us de-stress and vent all the Urmah rage and the need for
action we always have.
Yes, it is very violent and may result in injury, as the players fight for the
artificial dead animal. Because they use all their strength, they also resort to
kicking away their opponents, which is one of the most used manoeuvres when the
player with the dead animal is already on the floor, downed by the others during
the fight. By kicking I mean a feline kick launch where the opponent may end up
flying away as the Urmah hind legs are very strong. Even house cats use that
manoeuvre while fighting against one another.
This game has many variants. For example, when played informally, it can be
played by as few as two opponents. There is an inverse variant of this game
where the opponents must fight against each other to place the dead animal
inside the circle at the centre of the stadium or playing ground, while the
others attempt to prevent that from happening and at the same time attempt to do
the same. This variant is not used very much because it always ends up with a
big pile of fighting cats at the centre of the playing ground, and it is nearly
impossible for them to agree who placed the dead animal at the centre first.
During these games, the artificial dead animal usually gets all torn up and
destroyed before the end. When this happens, the referee stops the game for a
few minutes while a cleaning team removes the parts of the artificial dead
animal, sweeps the area, and a new one is placed at the centre of the playing
ground again while the players rest, drink water, and have their wounds
attended. Then, the drums start to beat again, the cannon fires, and the cats
run to the fray once again.
There are elaborate championships for this game, and it is the most popular one
in our culture. And as you would expect, most of the players end up in a
hospital after the game ends.
There's another fun game the Urmah play a lot, but this one has no real
spectators, and it is also a variant of this one. It is played in the open, in a
forest area, where two teams are fighting against each other to find the
artificial animal which is hidden by the referees.
And again, they must manage to use their heads and power to find the dead animal
and then take it to their goal without the other team suspecting or finding it
directly.
This is the team variant of this game, and for many Urmahs, this is a lot more
fun than the brutal first. It also has a variant where there are many artificial
dead animals hidden around the playing area in the woods, usually 12. The
players have a limited amount of time to find as many as possible and take them
to their goals while the other team tries to take them from them, fighting with
a lot of teamwork and strategy, which includes deception, misleading actions,
and false dead animals which they may fashion with what they may find, like a
log of similar size, all to persuade the efforts of the other team from
accumulating enough dead animals in their goals. When the time is up, the team
with the most dead animals in their goal wins the trophy of best team hunters.
Mari Swa: Thank you, Ari, for describing some of the most popular Urmah games.
There will be a new Ari interview coming up soon. We will continue to discuss
more subjects from his feline point of view.
